Has anyone had issues putting the washer and nut on the tub valve stem?
I have one wheel together, but the other one doesn't have enough thread for the nut to bite.

Flew the RV12 Viking for 2.1 hours today. Started out with a pitch of 13.5 degrees. Ran full throttle at an average of 5,600 RPM going North, South East West for about three minutes in each direction. I flew until there was no longer an increase in speed. Averaged altitude was 5,100 MSL. All speed were recorded in each direction and average out to 135.5 MPH. Coolant temp stayed around 200 degrees f.
Ran second test with a pitch of 15 degrees. RPM averaged out to 5,300. …

Brenda: Use the existing 1/4 return you installed going to the fuel tank. You shorten the forward line in the cockpit area and connect it to the manifold. If you can email me at russra@windstream.net. Its easier than trying to go through 12 town every time I email. Ron

Before flying today I took two 5 gallon fuel containers to my local Kroger fuel station. Got my .03 discount and purchased 10 gallons at $3.17 for 87 ethanol. Topped off airplane and prepared to fly. Takeoff is always exciting as by the time I have full throttle I'm in the air.
